The soul can leave the body during times of stress and trauma and this is what we call soul loss. Soul loss is the experience of an essential part of us leaving, and many of us feel like we are missing an important part of ourselves or feel like we are not quite whole. Soul loss is common and can happen at any age. Our souls can become fractured or fragmented. Sometimes we experience soul loss as an injury to the body, a chronic illness or face ongoing emotions such as sadness and anger. From a shamanic perspective, soul loss is a common cause of illness. Modern shamanic practitioners are often required to do some detective work to find the lost soul. They look for the lost soul in the spirit worlds with the help of their power animals and spirit teachers. When the part of your soul is found, the shamanic practitioner and their helping spirits engage with the lost soul and invite it to come back home, essentially returning these pieces back to the soul. A soul retrieval is the experience of having that essential part or essence retrieved and returned to you and a soul retrieval can be done whenever a person is ready for transformation. The results of a soul retrieval are unique for everyone! Lindsay will help prepare you for the soul retrieval through the initial contact. She will explain what a soul retrieval is, walk you through the steps of the ceremony, clear your chakras and perform a small healing before completing the soul retrieval with her guides. She will help you integrate the return soul back into your body and convey which soul essence was recovered. Consultation and Session is up to 90 minutes.
