Lindsay’s style of Shamanic Reiki balances the flow of Nature with the traditional principles of Reiki. Try a taste of Cacao - chocolate, a plant-based drink to open your heart chakra and high heart. Drumming and rattling break up and clear out stagnant energies. Lindsay then works with her guides and nature -the four directions, the elements, Mother Earth, and other forest beings - to help center and balance you. Reiki then flows through you to work on you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
